Our group at the UTHealth School of Public Health in Houston specializes in environmental health, remote sensing, data science, and artificial intelligence. Located in the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world’s largest medical complex, we leverage strong collaborations, advanced technology, and rigorous scientific expertise to improve health outcomes, strengthen environmental resilience, and support evidence-based decision making in Houston, the Gulf Coast region, and beyond.

Our research group combines expertise from diverse disciplines including occupational medicine, environmental science and engineering, epidemiology, biostatistics, computer science, environmental health, urban planning, chemistry, and public policy. Located in the TMC, we engage in rigorous, peer reviewed science and collaborate closely with leading academic institutions to address complex environmental and health challenges, locally and globally.
